Email Governance – Platinum is a ServiceNow platform based custom application created to monitor, govern and allow or deny emails sending from ServiceNow to unauthorized email domains.
We have to define authorized email domains. If any email address found which is not defined in authorized domain list then the alert will be send to email governance team for approval. If governance team approves the email notification then email will be send to unauthorized domain.
If governance team reject the approval for unauthorized domain then that specific email will be send only to authorized email domain available in To or CC or BCC email address.
In this Platinum version you have control to allow or reject the email notification sending to unauthorized domains.
